Terms of Use (in 'plain' English) (or in lēgəˈlēz)
This text describes in plain English the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for ezTweets. As you'll notice shortly, this is NOT written as a legal document. Actually this wasn't even written by a lawyer. This is our site, thus our rules. By using ezTweets you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as they are and release ezTweets and/or uglyBETA of any liability that may arise before, during and/or after your interaction with ezTweets and/or any other uglyBETA service(s). Any omissions of "important" clauses are not to be interpreted as not being enforceable.
Your access and/or use of ezTweets in any way, shape or form is an acknowledgement and implicit acceptance of the following terms. You further agree to accept this terms as they are (in plain English) whether you have an account with ezTweets or not and to accept them without claim that you didn't read them.

TERMS OF USE:
ezTweets is as it is. We make no claims or representations that the software and/or service is perfect and free of bugs and/or software glitches. We make every effort in providing a stable and working service/application, but it's not perfect. You use it as is at your own risk.(NOTE: if you do find bugs/issues, please let us know and we'll do our best to fix them. You can contact us 'here' or send us an email to: info(at)uglybet.net).
ezTweets (as of this writing) is FREE to use. You can create an account (or more) for FREE and you can link to it as many Twitter and/or Facebook accounts as you'd like to. You acknowledge that any accounts (Twitter and/or Facebook) that you link to your main ezTweets account(s) are your own account(s) (in other words: you are the rightful owner) and that you have the right to access them, connect them and/or post to them.
ezTweets may become a pay-to-use service in the future at which time you might have to create a paid account to continue to access and use your ezTweets account(s).
Under its current FREE model, ezTweets has a maximum of 10 scheduled updates at a time. If you want to schedule more than 10 updates, wait for some to post.
Like one of our uncles used to say: you are the owner of your silence and slave of your words. That is: you take full responsibility for what you post to Twitter and/or Facebook. If at a time in the future what you posted via ezTweets costs you a job, relationship or something else, it's not our fault!
We have the right to terminate your account for any reason (with or with out it) and with/or without previous notice. But don't worry, as long as you behave like a respectable web citizen you have nothing to worry about!
PRIVACY POLICY:
You acknowledge and understand that anytime that data/information/images/sounds/text/caterpillars (are you paying attention?) are transmitted over the Internet that something and/or someone could be listening and intercepting your information.
We will never sell or give any user data to any organization and/or person outsize of ezTweets/uglyBETA unless required by law and in such cases, we'll do our best to notify you if needed.
We do our best, within reason, to keep our user's data safe and private. If we ever suspect that our users ' data has been compromised we'll contact our users directly to let them know.
Like we said in the Terms of Use section: if there's something that you truly want to remain private, probably best you don't post it and/or schedule it to be posted. If you do and it gets out...OOPS! But it's not our fault.
In summary: you accept to use the application as is and to release us from all liability that may arise from your use of ezTweets and we promise to do our very best to continue to improve the service and make it more valuable to our users and do our very best to keep your data safe and secure.
Finally, by creating an account with ezTweets you give us the right to contact you from time to time via email about ezTweets announcements and/or other uglyBETA services.
